Current Build of PreferredVS is 3.0.2.8
April 2004
Changes There was a operating system specific error that occurred when making a Medical Exam entry, on some systems the item code was not being saved on the first line entry. This has been corrected.
At times under certain conditions if the quantity was grater then 1 in a Medical Exam entry the quantity was being changed to 1 when a automatic bill / invoice was created, this has been corrected.
Minor fixes and updates though the entire system.
The Patient Daily Activity report has been improved, it now allows for the printing of exam detail for each exam listed, this is an optional feature that is activated by using a check box on the main report screen. Also at times this report has been known to repeat the same client through out the entire report, this has been corrected.
New Features The default warning screen that displays when the Patients weight has changed or modified while creating a new medical exam can now be configured to either display or not to display. This new option is located within Office Configuration on the "Additional" tab page.
A new feature has been added to the Inventory Screen to allow for the cloning of an item. This new feature allows for the changing of an item code without changing any of the items history. Once an item has been cloned the original "old" item code can be deleted if desired, however this is not necessary.
Dymo label printer: A new feature has been added to Office Configuration to allow each workstation to select the default Dymo label printer for use with PreferredVS. In no way does this effect the default Windows printer, this feature is specific for PreferredVS, allowing for quick printing of prescription labels without the need to select the Dymo printer each time.
